[box]How do you make your work?[/box]

I melt colorful rods of glass with a torch fueled by propane and wind the molten glass onto stainless steel rods. Bits of glass are added and removed to create various designs.  Materials other than glass, such as fine silver and copper are also sometimes added.

[box]Can I get a different size?[/box]

Absolutely! I made beads from tiny to moderately large. Just send me a message and we can discuss your needs.

[box]Do you do custom work?[/box]

Certainly! I have done custom work and have had great fun with this. It is beneficial to me because I get to try new things, and it is beneficial to you, because you get to choose your design. Just send me a message.

[box]How can I pay?[/box]

Once you are done choosing your items, check out through the shopping cart and you will be prompted to pay via Paypal.

Alternately, I can process your information by hand if you do not wish to use Paypal. Just check out and I will contact you for payment information. Please leave a method to contact you, either through email or a phone number.

[box]How do you ship?[/box]

Most of my packages are shipped first class mail via USPS.

The beads are packaged in little plastic baggies so that they don’t go rolling under a desk when you open the package. The baggies are wrapped in bubble wrap, then wrapped with tissue and taped. This whole “bead burrito” is placed into a bubble mailer and sent.

[box]What is your return policy?[/box]

No questions asked within a reasonable amount of time*.  Ship them back and I will refund. Please send me a message so that I know that they are coming back.

*What is a reasonable amount of time? So far, I am flexible, but about a month. That should give you time to decide if the beads are what you want.
